How to Delete Your Account and Information

To delete your account and information, please contact us at [email protected] using the email address you use to log in to your account. In your message please include your name and email address you used to pay for your subscription. We will delete your account and information within 30 days of receiving your request.

What we delete

• All of your personal information from our systems, including your name, email address, images, videos and any other information you provided to us.
• Any information we have about your devices, including the device name, device type, and device location.
• Your login information from our authentication system, provided by Microsoft Azure, so you will no longer be able to log in to your account.
• Your customer information created on our Stripe account when you created your subscription.
